We’d like to let you know that notifications regarding submissions’ acceptance (or, unfortunately, rejection) have been sent out. We sincerely thank you for such an incredible response—the number of submissions exceeded our expectations, and their high quality brought us immense joy. However, we are deeply sorry that we could not accept all submissions due to organizational and program constraints. Congratulations to those whose abstracts have been accepted into the conference program!

Here are some other important updates:
- Early Bird Registration is now open and will remain available until March 7th. After that, the Regular Bird Registration period will run until April 14th, followed by Late Bird Registration, which closes on May 15th. Information about the fees can be found here: https://wmemc2025.wdib.uw.edu.pl/.
- You don’t need to submit full papers to present at WMEMC2025.
- After WMEMC2025, you can submit full papers for the special issues of JoME and IJMM through separate systems available on the journals’ websites. You will receive separate links to the submission systems tailored to your publication preferences. The deadline for submitting full papers to both journals is the end of June 2025.
- Please let us know if you need confirmation of your acceptance or involvement in reviewing. We will send it immediately.
